Formal attire. We suggest men wear a suit in any color and women wear a cocktail dress or a nice pantsuit. Wear whatever makes you feel pretty or handsome!

Overnight parking is complimentary for event guests. It is located beside the gardens.

The ceremony takes place outside in the gardens area. (weather permitted) When you enter the garden area make a right towards the Monet pond. If the weather gods do not cooperate it will be relocated inside the hotel. The reception will be in the barn.

The arrival, greeting and guest seating is at 2:30-3pm. The ceremony is at 3pm followed by a sparkling toast. The cocktail reception and open bar is from 5pm-6pm outside of the barn. Reception is to follow inside the barn from 6pm-8pm with dinner, desert and wine service! Bar re-opens at 8pm-11pm. Festivities conclude at 12am!

The ceremony is at 3pm in the gardens. Following the ceremony there will be a sparkling toast. The bridal party will have photos taken from then until cocktail hour. Attendees will be able to go back to their rooms or explore the gardens in the meantime. There is a cash bar that will be open on the other end of the garden area.

YES! There will be complementary service during cocktail hour. Wine service during dinner and Open bar service after dinner from 8pm- 11pm.

No. however, there is a paid bar on the other end of the garden area that guests can hangout at in the meantime and purchase drinks at their own expense.

If you are staying at the Pillar and post you may want to use this time to go back to your room, relax and freshen up. You can gallivant in the gardens and take some pictures if you like. There is a cash bar in the gardens where you can purchase a drink at your own expense.

Yes. the deadline to book a room at The Pillar & Post Hotel is June 25th 2025.

If you would like to book a room at the pillar & posts hotel across the street from the gardens the Sunday night is $330. If you would like to book the Saturday night the event rate after the discount is $490. In order to receive the event rate you must confirm through the hotels website http://www.vintage-hotels.com/reservations.htm entering the reservation number 3883852 in the "group ID" box of the booking screen, or by contacting the hotels reservation department at 1-888-669-5566 and requesting the reservation line on or before the reservation deadline (which is June 25th), identifying themselves as Attendees of the De Nicolais/Tozer wedding.

Check in is guaranteed at 3pm. However if the room is available and ready prior to check -in then they will happily check you in sooner. Guests can pre-register at the front desk in order to make the process faster. If not they can check your luggage. Check out is prior to 11am.

No. Due to space restrictions we cannot accommodate plus ones. We have a small and intimate guest list with a max amount of 74 people permitted in the barn. We hope that you understand!
